You need to delete everything in there except "steam.pak" files Now go to your harddrive:\Users\username\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\download You see any folder named "mods"? then remove it. but since you tried to use the other mod manager make sure you delete any existing mod files if you have it. If you didn't used any mods, you just install the mod manager and drag and drop the pak files. I don't even understand where to find that.
